How to Apply

You may apply for a Geriatric Fellowship position for 2021-2022 via ERAS or via a paper application which you can obtain by contacting:

Program Requirements

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in the United States
  • Board eligibility in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Successful completion of USMLE Steps 1, 2, 3

Application Materials

  • Completed application
  • Copy of your curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of reference, one of which must be from your residency program director
  • Personal statement of interest in the geriatrics fellowship. Indicate which track interests you: one-year Clinical Track, two-year Clinician-Educator Track (Academic Track), or two-year Reynolds Scholars Track (Research Focus)
  • Copy of your USMLE Steps 1, 2, & 3 scores
  • Copy of ECFMG certificate if you are a foreign medical graduate
  • Copy of current visa (if applicable)
