SilverSneakers® – Classic
Monday & Wednesday
11:00 am

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Balance, Strength, and Coordination
Tuesday & Thursday
11:00 am and again at 3:00 pm
Friday – 11:00 am

Standing balance work alternating with seated strength training and coordination moves. Exercises that improve balance are emphasized along with strength training of both upper and lower body. Progressive exercises are offered for both beginners and those that need more challenging balance exercises.

Cardio Dance
Tuesday & Thursday
12:30 pm

Aerobic Choreography and strength training are combined for an intense workout designed to strengthen the heart and muscles. Utilizing hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball for lots of core and balance training.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Movement Disorders

Many studies have concluded that Tai Chi is one of the best exercises to improve balance, posture and strength. This class will focus on balance and breathing for a meditation in motion exercise program. You will learn the Sun style adapted by the Arthritis Foundation because it is gentle on the joints.
